We aim to Simplify
Stuff disappears into garages, basements, and storage units, only to be rediscovered years later—or never at all.
We created a private, smart digital twin for your real-world storage. You define actual Locations (house, garage, storage unit). Inside them you build smart, nestable Containers. Items live there with photos, tags, smart categories, estimated values, condition notes, and full check-in/out history—like a personal lending library you actually control.
Need to lend tools to a neighbor or let family members grab holiday decorations? Grant them granular access (view, add, remove, or move) on just the containers you choose. Everything stays secure, auditable, and 100% yours.
Privacy and ownership are non-negotiable. Your files live in your own isolated S3 bucket. Row-level security, soft deletes, and strict ownership checks are baked in from day one—no public data, no shared databases, no surprises.
Whether you’re a collector keeping track of comics and collectibles, a family managing household chaos, a maker organizing tools and supplies, or anyone who hates buying duplicates because you can’t find what you already own, RapidThings turns physical clutter into something searchable, shareable, and actually useful.
We started this as a focused, production-grade system inside the RapidFrame ecosystem—clean architecture, scalable schema, and monetization hooks already in place—so we could launch fast and keep improving based on real user needs.
Meet the Founder
Patricio Munoz built RapidThings.app after years of dealing with chaotic garages and storage units. As a solo founder focused on practical productivity tools, he designed the app to make physical organization simple, shareable, and reliable.
Organize. Lend. Share.
Smart does the rest.
