RapidThings.app ("we", "us", or "our") operates the RapidThings inventory management service. We are based in Quinte West, Ontario, Canada. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our services.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Name, username, email, and password hash when you create an account.
• Inventory Data: Container names, locations, item details, photos (stored in your private S3 bucket), tags, and check-in/out records.
• Usage Data: AI feature usage tracked for billing and service improvement.
• Sharing & Social Data: Friend requests, container shares, and permissions.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and access logs for security.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the service, enable sharing (with your explicit permission), generate AI insights, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage and Security

Photos and files are stored in your private Wasabi S3 bucket. All data uses encryption, row-level ownership, and soft deletes.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your data. Containers are shared only with users you explicitly authorize.

5. Your Rights
